My gift guide continues, with a theme that I’m currently obsessed with, nail polish! Â I’m sure you’ll know someone like me who just loves a nice nail polish, I think they make perfect gifts as well, whether you buy just one luxury one as a stocking filler or as a little thank you gift or whether you go for a gift set for a main gift. I’m going to bring you the best nail polish gifts I can find this season (many of which will be hints to the hubby too!)
First off, you can always count on OPI for some incredible, top quality nail polishes, plus they are well known for their quirky, unusual collaborative collections. This season, OPI have teamed up with The Muppets for this lovely, colourful, sparkly range. I’m after the Rainbow Connection shade, although I’m loving all of these character themed shades. Available online, or in store at John Lewis.
Got to buy a gift for a lady who likes vintage and retro? I recommend Paul & Joe nail polishes, their bottles are vintage inspired and come in the cutest printed boxes, for Christmas you can pick up the Ornamental Range, of eye catching candy colours with a touch of sparkle, available online or via shops like Rose & Co (in Leeds) or The Powder Rooms (in Soho)
Looking for a larger gift? Nails Inc always offer great box set gifts, which often appear in Boots 3 for 2 at Christmas and sometimes in TK Maxx if you’re looking for a bargain. Nails Inc are top quality polishes and come in a range of colours and finishes. I love this I can paint a rainbow kit, great colours and the mini sizes offer a great chance to sample a range of shades.
Looking for something different? Nail Wraps have been a big trend this year and are available in a range of designs and from a range of brands. I love the selection from Nail Rock, these are nail transfers that are applied to the nails with heat, similar to Minx that you would get in a salon. I’m loving these bright blue with metallic stars for Christmas. These are available at Topshop, ASOS or on the Nail Rock site.
