The Best of Melissa Shoes

If you’ve been following my blog you will know that I am slightly obsessed with Melissa shoes, in my mind they are the perfect shoes, particularly any of the designer collaborations such as the Vivienne Westwood for Melissa range, of which I own two pairs.

Here’s my pick of my favourite Melissa designs that I’ve seen online recently, good luck trying to find a stockist though! The designer lead ones are usually simple to find you can find the Vivienne Westwood for Melissa shoes in all Vivienne Westwood stores and online, however, for some reason the own brand are difficult to come by. ASOS often have a selection online and you can get some of the styles in Office and in Poste Mistress.

Melissa Loop: Lace inlaid loafers with a bow detail
Melissa Ultragirl with Swarovski Crystals, real life Glass Slippers
Vivienne Westwood Lady Dragon Melissa Shoes: My Wedding Shoes!

Melissa Duck Heel Shoes: Amazing, but don't know when they'll be out.
Jason Wu for Melissa: the flats feature an owl motif!

What do you think about Melissa shoes? Do you own any? I have Vivienne Westwood Lady Dragons in Sky Blue and Ultragirl in Navy. I love how they look, feel and smell, they are like Barbie doll shoes for real people.

  1. Hello Jayne, I found your blog when looking to find why Melissa shoes are so popular as wedding shoes. I am absolutely crazy about them, and being from Brazil it’s fairly easy to hold to any models – and much cheaper than here in the UK.

    I own 5 pairs, 1 Rock Princess [http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_b15mvyxqUvg/SBjJ3y1qXqI/AAAAAAAAABQ/jEwjn1EaIBg/s320/25.JPG], 1 Chantilly [http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3201/2779866562_7bdb8db5c9.jpg] and 3 Aranhas.

I’m glad they seem to be getting really popular around here, but wish they were a tad cheaper! LOL

    Ana x
