I’ve been wearing this product almost everyday since the Illamasqua AW 12 Generation Q preview event. A brand new shade of Precision Ink for the collection, so I’m super excited to share this with you before the products launch in September.
The packaging is the standard, slender tube with a felt tip style applicator with a very neat pointed end, which I personal prefer for eyeliner application.
I just had to show you a super close up of this colour, it’s a dark antique gold shade, metallic and with lots of super fine holographic glitter particles in it. When you see this under light it’s super sparkly and you might think it was too much for everyday use. However, when I use it for eyeliner flicks, it makes a great alternative to black gel or liquid liner.
Excuse the state of my eyebrows, but here is the Illamasqua Precision Ink in Wisdom in action, I’ve teamed it with some shimmery nude shades from the MUA Undressed Palette, they are perfect companions for a simple, easy and beautiful everyday look, I would wear this to work everyday very easily.
The fine brush and smooth texture of the Illamasqua Precision Ink makes it very easy to apply and the colour remains vibrant and solid until you choose to remove, in fact, to remove you are best using a oil or cream based cleanser as this won’t come of with basic soap and water cleansing.
I absolutely love this shade, it’s so versatile and easy to wear and certainly fits with the Generation Q concept of make up for any age.
What do you think of this new Illamasqua shade? Would you wear it?
Got a suggestion for how I can wear it differently?
