Anyway, I wanted to take some time aside, inspired by Kellie and Sam, to talk about feeling lonely. Whether you are genuinely alone, or you still feel alone in a large group, it’s not a nice feeling. We’ve all been there to one degree or another. The best thing to do if you have negative feelings, is to talk to someone. Whether that be a friend, family member or a stranger, expressing feelings out loud is the best thing you can do to help you through a hard time.
I wanted to share this very useful and full list of contacts compiled by Kellie of Big Fashionista, to remind those of you who may be feeling lonely this Christmas, that you are not alone, there is always someone to talk to, one of these charities can help you, if you feel you need to speak to someone. Don’t be afraid, give them a call.
