You know I love great brows don’t you? It’s my mission to find the perfect way to groom my brows, mine are very straight and fine, so I always draw them in, I long for vintage style arched brows. When I was sent the Shavata Arch Enhancer Pencil, I was interested to see what this could do to improve my meagre brows.
Shavata is a range created out of a brow studio, headed up by Shavata Singh and her 25 years of experience in grooming brows. The product range includes everything that you will need including tweezers, colours and stencils. The Shavata Arch Enhancer Brow Pencil is a chunky crayon, perfect for easy application.
I was really surprised to see that the pigment of this eye highlighter crayon was a pink tone instead of a white, creamy colour. I usually use a pearly white pencil from Barry M which is a very similar product, or I use white toned eyeshadows on the brown bone to highlight the arch. I guess, this shade is more suitable for minimal make up and more varied skin tones, white wouldn’t work for everyone, whereas this pink tone is more universal.
The texture is really soft and creamy, so very easy to apply and blend. As you can see from the swatch, it’s a pale flesh toned pink instead of white. Personally, it’s not for me, I prefer white highlighting products for my skin tone. However, I would use this as a eye shadow crayon and think the colour would be better for someone who wears less make up or of a darker skin tone.
You can pick up the Shavata Arch Enhancer Pencil and the rest of the range from Feel Unique, the pencil is £9.95, so not a bad price for the amount of product and the quality that you are getting.
Have you tried anything from Shavata?
What products do you like to use as highlighting products?
