Outfit Post: Diamanté Bear Ears and Mod Dolly Dress

Thought I should blog my outfit from yesterday’s Hyper Japan event, so whilst the weather has been fine I popped onto the balcony with a remote and my tripod and snapped away. I loved going to Hyper Japan as it’s such an open minded event, you can wear whatever you like and no one will bat an eyelid. Here’s the first look at my freshly dyed hair too using L’Oreal Feria hair dye in Paprika Power, which has come out a warm orange, which I love for a change from the red, which I also love.DSC_3075

Here’s what make up I’m wearing…

Face- bareMinerals Prime Time, bareMinerals Original Foundation in Fair, bareMinerals Mineral Veil, Illamasqua Powder Blusher in Morale

Eyes- Barry M Liquid Eyeliner in Metallic Blue and Silver, Lime Crime Uniliner in Blue Milk, Illamasqua Pure Pigment in Beguile, MUA Eyeliner in White, Smashbox PhotoFinish Eye Primer, bareMinerals Lash Domination Mascara, Lord & Berry Magic Brows Pencil, Eyeko Brow Gel

Lips- bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lip Liner in Jazzed and Lime Crime Lipstick in Centrifuschia

My diamante bear ears are from Topshop and the strawberry ring is from Kactus Kawaii

My dress is from Mod Dolly, with a belt from Forever21, my bag was from Accessorize in the sale.

DSC_3064My Sailor Moon necklace was purchased from Hyper Japan last year from the fabulously talented Nerd Craft.

  1. Hi, Love the look… Just wondering what color your hair was before you dyed it this color?? Was it pre-bleached as I currently have a different red but would like to change to this color too… Thanx JD

    1. I’m dark blonde naturally. To get this colour I’ve used Feria Paprika Power and then tones with Directions Pillarbox Red. It’s high maintenance but works for me.
