Heart Shaped Fashion Wish List…

Yes, it was Valentine’s Day yesterday but to avoiding being a cliche I thought I’d share this heart shaped wish list the day after instead since I love these cuties because they are heart themed and nothing to do with V-Day and I’d wear these things any day of the year for sure. If money was no object I’d likely own every last thing on this collage TODAY! Obviously it’s all red, because I just don’t do pink!

Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in A-Go-Go with Illamasqua Eyes and Cheeks

Matte liquid lipstick is one of my favourite beauty things ever when it comes to make up. I love wearing bright, weird coloured lipstick but hate having to reapply or struggle with transferring lip colours when eating, drinking or smooching. My first matte lip colour love was Illamasqua’s Encounter (my first ever Illamasqua purchase too) and then my first liquid matte lip was Lime Crime Velvetines, but since I fell out of love with Lime Crime due to their drama, I’ve been searching for a replacement and I’ve found it!

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and Ultracalming Cleanser

Can you believe I’ve been blogging since 2006 and never laid a hand on anything from Dermalogica until now?! I think it’s because I used to work for one of their competitors and when I work for a brand I develop this weird loyalty towards the brand so that (even to this day) it kinda deterred me from checking them out properly. Weird I know. Anyway, I’ve been test driving some of their best sellers over the past few weeks.

Best Burger in Barcelona: Bacoa

When we lived in London one of our favourite things to do was to go for a burger. We went to pretty much all of the places that made it onto any best burger in London list and generally our top 3 include MEATMission, Burger Bear and Dirty Burger. A few weeks ago we were in Barcelona and we found a burger that may just rival our London top three, The Bacoa Burger at Bacoa.
