This Latest in Beauty box is more in keeping with the ones you’ll be familiar with such as Glossybox and Boudoir Prive. A slightly fancier box with larger samples in, this is due to become a themed box to be released six times a year, this one being the first and themed around the Cosmetic Executive Women’s 2011 Beauty Insiders Choice Winners.
For only £4.95, the amount received in this box is great, this one features: a trial sized Bastite, Balance Me Body Wash, Clarins Multi-Active Cream and Nivea for Men Gel. In sachet sized you get a Dr.Organic Skin Lotion and a Lanolips.
I’m excited to try these products as I’m only tried the Bastite before (who hasn’t!?) although I must say I’m completely confused about the inclusion of the Nivea for Men product, since it’s from an awards voted for by a group of Women and the box is clearly aimed at women. Random. That’s my only complaint though.
Again, the Latest in Beauty box features lots of well known products, which is great. The benefit of boxes such as Glossybox and Boudoir Prive feature more of a mix of known and little known brands, which to many will be the main appeal. However, if like me your a beauty blogger beginner, Latest in Beauty will offer you the chance to try products you’ve heard about but not necessarily tried yet.
I can’t wait to try the Balance Me Shower Gel and Lanolips the most, as I’ve heard great things about these two products. Watch this space for reviews of my favourite samples, coming soon. Read the post before this one to find out about the marvellous Free Samples box from Latest in Beauty for only £1 a month!
Which of these samples do you think I’ll like the most?
