I’ve just received my first beauty boxes from Latest in Beauty, inspired by the hype of Boudoir Prive and Glossybox, I thought I’d try one that I’ve not heard as much about. Working under the concept of try before you buy, you’ll see mini sachets and travel size samples of generally more well known brands. The prices are the lowest and the most flexible that you’ll see in the other sample box options.
The Monthly Box is only £1 and you can choose three sample sachets to try from a selection each month. The Luxury Samples tab features trial sizes of luxury branded beauty products to purchase. The latest addition to the Latest in Beauty portfolio are the themed boxes, which will change six times a year. The present Themed Latest in Beauty Box is the CEW 2011 Beauty Insiders Award Winners box which is only £4.95.
I ordered both the monthly box and the Latest in Beauty Luxury Samples Themed box featuring the 2011 Beauty Insiders Choice Winners Box.
My first Monthly Latest in Beauty Box, which was only £1 features three product lines that I’ve never tried before: Skin Doctors Eyetuck Cream, Natura Organics Shampoo & Conditioner and Mary Kay Matte Wear Timewise Liquid Foundation. All of the products come in small sachet sizes, enough for one or two applications. In two of the samples I received two sachets.
When you set up a Latest in Beauty account, you are open to all the different box options, the Monthly Box will always feature sachet sizes and you get to choose between three options in three catergories: skincare, make up and fragrance and hair and body.
Check back tomorrow to find out about the Beauty Insiders 2011 Themed box and keep an eye out for reviews of the individual products in this box and the other.
Have you tried Latest in Beauty?
