My Mum bought me this fragrance for my birthday, having known that I liked the bottle and packaging design, she reads my blog so had seen my post about them a long time ago. The range is very classical and traditional in design, take a look…
Annick Goutal Petite Cherie fragrances comes in a beautiful vanilla colour box with matte gold embossed design, including a wreath and bow shape. It’s all very elegant.
It comes in a clear glass bottle which has a very traditional shape and a gold stopper, the only branding on the bottle comes from the card tag fastened to the neck of the bottle with a gold ribbon, very pretty don’t you think?
Most importantly the fragrance is a blend of floral, peach, vanilla, fresh grass and musky rose. It’s delicious and unlike anything else I’ve ever smelt, you can really smell the fresh cut grass notes which is the base of the fragrance and the juicy peach notes really make it smell delicious. It’s not too sweet, too floral or too musky, it’s just right. It’s clearly a very high quality fragrance which has a great staying power, you don’t need to apply much and it lasts a long time. It’s beautiful quite frankly.
What’s your favourite fragrance at the moment?
Have you tried any Annick Goutal fragrances?
