This week I went to Musical Bingo at Concrete, which is underneath Pizza East just around the corner from me in Shoreditch, I’ll write more about that very soon, but for now, here’s the random outfit that I wore.
The main bit of this outfit is the epic, tacky princess cat t-shirt which I got for about £5 from China on eBay. It’s a huge loose fit top and in that weird shiny, plasticy fabric but I love it nonetheless and it’s been worn loads!
To continue the space theme, since princess cat is clearly in space, I’m wearing my awesome Sugar & Vice planet necklace, which I won in one of their many Instagram competitions. I’ve only had this necklace for a month or so, but I’ve worn it loads. It’s very well made and the planets feature a variety of different finishes of acrylic. For some reason, I don’t have a close up photo this time, but I’ll make sure I feature this again soon so you can see it in all its glory.
My hat was a freebie from my old job, who do the PR for the Snowbombing festival. It’s a cosy, warm chunky knit bobble hat which matches my orange hair perfectly at the moment. Right now, it’s always between this and the ASOS Watermelon hat.
You can pick up suspender tights like these ones from lots of places, but mine were from the New Look sale and I love them, I think it was Henry Holland for Pretty Polly that did them first. I’ve got a old pair of Miss Selfridges high waisted denim shorts underneath, so as not to flash my ass. On some people this top would be long enough for a dress, but on me it’s not going to happen.
Trainers are Gola, which I picked up for about £10 in the ASOS sale, they look a bit like Vans lace ups but have a more feminine almond shaped toe, which I prefer at the moment.
Make up wise, I’m wearing Holika Holika BB Cream, Bobbi Brown Be Pretty Blusher, Kiko Cosmetics Inspirational Emerald Long Lasting Eyeshadow for flicks and Illamasqua Lipstick from the the Glamore collection in shade Soaked. More info on these beauty products coming soon.
What’s the best thing you’ve bought from eBay?
