I very nearly didn’t post these photos that Miz took for me today as I was feeling a combination of hungover, fat and tired. However, Miz (because he’s sweet and because he has to because he’s my boyfriend) assures me that I don’t look fat, I look curvy. I’m not used to being curvy.
Today feels like the start of Summer, we went to the beach and we had ice cream. Outfit wise I’m testing out some new vintage style jeans from Bristol based brand, Lady K Loves. These jeans are have been designed with real women’s shapes in mind so you can get the perfect fit and shape and a size guide that is really easy to follow.
They’re high waisted (which is near impossible to find on the high street) with a zip that’s long enough to easily fasten over rounded hips and bums. There’s lovely detail on the pockets and perfect for wearing rockabilly style with some turn ups. For £65 they are well worth checking out, plus you’re supporting a indie brand and UK made products.
My hair is looking tired at the moment, ignore that fact and check out the bargainous George at Asda check shirt, lovely soft flannel in pretty colours. My sunglasses are 1960’s vintage from Tramp in Brighton.
The necklace is from Sugar & Vice and it’s part of their current Afternoon Tea themed collection, if you don’t know this brand already, please check them out. They are a lovely duo from Canterbury and hand make everything to order and can do ace custom designs too.
Part of my duo of Vivienne Westwood Melissa shoes, these are one of the original Ultragirl ballet pump designs from the brand, very sweet shoes and they smell like bubblegum. However, painful for walking up hills, so don’t get worn very often, give me Vans any day!
