Uh oh spagehettio, it’s been a while again. Oh well. Here’s one of my favourite make up looks that I’ve done in a long while using some newly discovered products that are quick becoming favourites of mine. Read on if you want to find out what I used (if I can remember everything!)
The key products used on this look, because I really can’t remember everything because it was a couple of weeks ago and I’m being disorganised!
- Too Faced Melted Lipstick in Melted Peony
- Kiko Cosmetics Lasting Gel Liner
- Sugarpill Cosmetics Heartbreaker Palette
- Phee’s Make Up Tips Glow Highlight Powder (original shade)
I’ve not used the shade Mochi (pastel green) from this Sugarpill palette much so thought I’d put together a pretty everyday shade with this as the base. So I used Mochi on the entire lid (over the top of a base of Illamasqua Vintage Metallix in Courtier) and then lined and added a flick with the super smooth texture of Kiko Cosmetics Gel Liner.
I used a mixture of Illamasqua Can Can Pressed Shadow and Sugarpill 2am to highlight the lower lash line and flick out underneath the gel liner and blended it out for a soft edge. I also used a touch in the crease too. All finished with a bit of Too Faced Lashgasm Mascara.
And here’s my new favourite thing for my face. Created by one of my favourite beauty bloggers, Phee’s Makeup Tips. A little dinky pot of mineral sparkles which I kinda just want to put EVERYWHERE. I’ve been after a highlighter for ages, so very pleased this beauty has turned up.
The main use for this little powder is to highlight cheekbones, a teeny tiny amount makes skin really pop and make skin look gorgeous. However, if you’re like me you can’t stop there and put it on the bridge of the nose, chin, brow bone and only just avoid putting it on your ENTIRE FACE.
Anyway, it’s beautiful and it’s made by a fellow blogger, so do you really need another reason to pick one up? Support a brand new little brand and a lovely lady!
Lips are courtesy of Too Faced Melted Lipstick in Melted Peony, continuing my learning that neutral lipsticks can be my friend. New hair colour is Mystic Purple from Colour Freedom, a new brand that’s just landed in Superdrug and I’ll give that a proper write up shortly.

Your eye make up looks incredible. I really want to try and replicate this look myself! Your purple hair looks incredible too 🙂
