#IndieLove: 17 Small Brands to Support this #IndieFriday

Did you hear? It’s Black Friday this week, a sale day that we stole off the Americans and is kinda having a wobble this year. Whatever you think of sales, I wanted to pull together another alternative list in support of indie business instead of the big high street chains that really don’t need your money. When you shop with a small or indie creator or maker, you’re making it easier for them to continue with their dreams and therefore you’re supporting creativity and art as an industry.

Shop Small

Artwork by me, please credit @JayneKitsch on social media or link to my site if you re-post it. Thank you.

Many thanks to the In Colourful Company Facebook group who helped me compile this list, as I wouldn’t have had time to do it completely on my own, thank you. It also means that I’m featuring a lot of sellers for the very first time, so enjoy discovering something new!

Let me know what you think, feel free to share your indie biz in the comments or via social media using #IndieLove or #IndieFriday if you have a Black Friday offer on. If you’re lucky enough to have some spare money to spend this week, I hope you’ll choose to shop indie as much as you can. You can discover more in my #IndieLove blog series and I’m sure many of the sellers I’ve featured before will be running some promotional offers over the weekend and in the run up to Christmas.
