Yes, it was Valentine’s Day yesterday but to avoiding being a cliche I thought I’d share this heart shaped wish list the day after instead since I love these cuties because they are heart themed and nothing to do with V-Day and I’d wear these things any day of the year for sure. If money was no object I’d likely own every last thing on this collage TODAY! Obviously it’s all red, because I just don’t do pink!

Can you believe I’ve been blogging since 2006 and never laid a hand on anything from Dermalogica until now?! I think it’s because I used to work for one of their competitors and when I work for a brand I develop this weird loyalty towards the brand so that (even to this day) it kinda deterred me from checking them out properly. Weird I know. Anyway, I’ve been test driving some of their best sellers over the past few weeks.

Apparently it’s Christmas soon, so that seems like a good enough reason to create a list of some really, really cool stuff you can get on the awesome Etsy. Since Miz is currently engrossed in Fallout 4 on PS4 and I continue to be powering ahead with Borderlands 2 DLC’s, I thought it’d be fun to pick out some of the best Etsy bits and bobs with a gaming theme. Enjoy!

Acrylic Borderlands pins from Chinook Crafts only £5.41 each. Heart container necklace from Cherryloco only £12. Fallout Vault Boy Patch under £5 from CoolSpotGaming. 8 bit Zelda shield and sword necklace duo only £9.49 from Nastalgame. Gaming control necklace from Sugar & Vice only £16. Pokemon energy logo patches from Little Bear Patches £33 for the full set. Crochet magnetic Katamari ball from ManifestedDreams for £20.33.

So I’ve featured NerdBlock and Miz has had Lootcrate before which are both geeky subscription boxes from the States, think Glossybox but for comics, films and video games. Today, I’m sharing my first ever MyGeekBox which is the main version of this treat that comes solely from the UK. I was sent their October box which had the theme of Afterlife.

Last month, I reported about one of my favourite brands, Sugarpill launching a very special limited edition palette to celebrate the Edward Scissorhands 25th Anniversary, I’m pleased to say that I’ve got one! And it’s beautiful. I’ve created two looks with it to show you the diversity and performance of the colours. I got mine from UK seller, CutECOsmetics, they’re out at the moment but I believe they are getting one more shipment so keep an eye out for this limited edition beauty!

So this weekend, I’m supposed to be at MCM ComicCon, unfortunately our car broke down and we had no affordable mode of transport and had to spend out comic buying money on car parts instead. Instead of bringing you a MCM post, I thought I’d show you something cosplay inspired instead. My second Adventure Time costume in the works, Marceline the Vampire Queen!

So I may have just found the best shampoo and conditioner range that I’ve yet to try! Some of you may have seen this brand before as it’s a super popular U.S brand, it’s called SheaMoisture and it’s been around in one form or another since 1912! You need to know about this brand, it’s launching into Boots this week!

Party on Garth! Party on Wayne! Wayne’s World is definitely one of my fave films, such a classic! If you didn’t already know, my degree is in Cinema (not that it came in handy ever) and I spend the majority of my spare time watching films and TV with Miz, we are definitely some kind of nerds/geeks or something. And yea, I don’t know what I’m doing in this picture…
